- 1 large banana, peeled, frozen, and cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds-soak first
- 2 teaspoons almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon chai spice blend (cinnamon, cardamom, ground ginger, and cloves)
- 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk
- 4-5 large ice cubes
- 1 dropperful or dosing of choice Humboldt Apothecary Relax CBD
- Toppings: gluten-free granola, hemp seeds, toasted unsweetened coconut, pumpkin seeds, nuts, pomegranate
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into bowl and top with toppings of your choice.
