  • 1 large banana, peeled, frozen, and cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds-soak first
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon chai spice blend (cinnamon, cardamom, ground ginger, and cloves)
  • 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk
  • 4-5 large ice cubes
  • 1 dropperful or dosing of choice Humboldt Apothecary Relax CBD
  • Toppings: gluten-free granola, hemp seeds, toasted unsweetened coconut, pumpkin seeds, nuts, pomegranate

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into bowl and top with toppings of your choice.
