Post Workout Recovery Spritzer
1 oz ginger-honey simple syrup (see recipe below)
1 oz lemon juice
3-4 oz soda water
Mix simple syrup (recipe below), lemon juice, and tincture in a glass. Fill a glass with ice. Add soda water and mix well. Serve with a lemon wheel. Ginger-honey simple syrup Peel and chop 4 ounces of fresh ginger root. Place in 1 and ¼ cups of water and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and mix with one cup honey. Allow to cool. Refrigerate in a glass jar with a lid.
