• 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 6 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • Ginger ale
  • Your favorite Humboldt Apothecary Tincture
  • Ice


Simple syrup Preparation

Bring the sugar, water, and cranberries to a boil. After the cranberries start to pop, reduce heat and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add the sprigs of thyme. Let cool completely and strain.


For sparkler

In a glass of ice, combine 2 ounces of cranberry thyme simple syrup with a teaspoon of orange zest and your favorite Humboldt Apothecary tincture. Top off with ginger ale.  Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme.
